Kornelia Jamborowicz, cello

Kornelia is a cellist born in Poland. She began her first cello lessons at the age of 8. In 2013 she moved to Berlin to finish her master degree at the University of Arts Berlin under Konstantin Heidrich who is a member of Faure Quartett.

Kornelia has been performing extensively across Europe and Asia at festivals like Warsaw Autumn Festival, MIB Festival in Bremen or recently at Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival. In the last years she worked with many composers and performed a lot of contemporary music.

She has been recently cooperating with George Evelyn known as Nightmares On Wax with whom she recorded his newest tracks. Since 2016 she has been regularly performing with the jazz trumpet and piano player Sebastian Studnizky.
