Videotaping, recording and flash photography of the concert or part of it is prohibited by any means and in any way.
The ticket holder accepts that they are solely responsible for their personal safety, as well as for the safety of any minors they accompany.
The staff is on site in order to ensure the service of the public for the smooth conduct of the concert. The public must comply with the instructions of the staff and the organisers, and not hesitate to contact them if necessary.
The organisers also reserve the right to change the programme of the concert or cancel it. In case of concert cancellation, the audience will be informed as soon as possible.
Refund of the price paid for the purchase of the ticket is possible only in case of cancellation of the event by the organiser (Law 2251/1994 no. 3ιβ).
In these cases, only the amount corresponding to the nominal price of the ticket will be refunded and not the additional charges per ticket as these constitute a fee for services provided for the distribution of tickets through TICKET SERVICES.
In any case, no refund of the price paid for the purchase of the ticket is provided if the show is interrupted after the first half, due to adverse weather conditions.
Parts of the concert may be filmed/recorded. Members of the public appearing in them will have no claim on the organisers or anyone who derives royalties from the filming/recording.
