✅”When they hear me sing” | Double concert o ✅”When they hear me sing” | Double concert of choral and polyphonic music 🎶An evening of choral and polyphonic music, with a touch of the Aegean! Two concerts in one, bringing together traditional and contemporary sounds, melodic voices and instruments from Greece and the East. 🗣 ️In the first part, we enjoyed the Rodia Polyphonic Workshop performing vocal arrangements of songs from Greece and around the world. 🪕In the second part, the Rodia Choir, accompanied by the lyre (Stratis Psaradellis), the ney (Nikos Paraoulakis), and the lafta (Martha Mavroidi), thrilled the audience with songs from Chios and the Eastern Aegean, the Dodecanese, and Asia Minor. ⌛With this festive polyphonic finale, the 2026 winter edition came to a close on February 14, 2026, passing the baton to the 10th anniversary summer edition of the Festival, featuring a special tribute to choral music! ———— ✅«Όποιος μ’ ακούει και τραγουδώ» | Χορωδία Παραδοσιακής Μουσικής «Ροδιά» & Πολυφωνικό Εργαστήρι Ροδιάς 🎶Μια βραδιά χορωδιακής και πολυφωνικής μουσικής, με άρωμα αιγαιοπελαγίτικο! Δυο συναυλίες σε μία, που έφεραν κοντά ήχους παραδοσιακούς και σύγχρονους, μελωδικές φωνές και όργανα από την Ελλάδα και την Ανατολή. 🗣️Στο πρώτο μέρος, απολαύσαμε το Πολυφωνικό Εργαστήριο Ροδιάς σε φωνητικές διασκευές τραγουδιών του κόσμου, και στο “Χρυσαλιφούρφουρο” της Λένας Πλάτωνος από την αγαπημένη “Λιλιπούπολη”. 🪕Στο δεύτερο μέρος, η Χορωδία «Ροδιά», με τη συνοδεία της λύρας (Στρατής Ψαραδέλλης), του νέι (Νίκος Παραουλάκης) και της λάφτας (Μάρθα Μαυροειδή), ξεσήκωσε το κοινό με τραγούδια από τη Χίο και το Ανατολικό Αιγαίο, τα Δωδεκάνησα και τη Μικρά Ασία. ⌛Με αυτό το γιορτινό πολυφωνικό κλείσιμο, η χειμερινή έκδοση 2026 έριξε αυλαία στις 14 Φεβρουαρίου 2026, δίνοντας τη σκυτάλη στην επετειακή 10η θερινή έκδοση του Φεστιβάλ, με ειδικό αφιέρωμα στη χορωδιακή μουσική! #CMF2026 #winteredition #ClosingEvent #polyphony #ChoralMusic
✅“Let’s create together with Tzikitzik and K ✅“Let’s create together with Tzikitzik and Krikirik“ | Community Music Program 🌟The enthusiasm and happy faces were a great reward, on Tuesday, February 10, at the event that kicked off this year’s winter edition! 🌈In the packed hall of the Homerion, the Community Music Programme of the Chios Music Festival was on stage for another year, with a fairy tale for young and old, a story about friendship, companionship, and diversity. 🪄Community musician Mitsy Akogiunoglou and choir director Georgia Apostolidi coordinated the young artists. And they, in turn, transmitted their energy to the audience in an interactive way. Musician Matthaios Boubaris accompanied them on the accordion with precision and sensitivity. #CMF2026 #winteredition #CommunityProject ——— ✅“Ας δημιουργήσουμε μαζί με τον Τζικιτζίκ και τον Κρικικρίκ” | Πρόγραμμα Μουσικής στην Κοινότητα 🌟Mεγάλη ανταμοιβή o ενθουσιασμός και τα χαρούμενα πρόσωπα, την Τρίτη 10 Φεβρουαρίου, στην εκδήλωση που σήκωσε την αυλαία της φετινής χειμερινής διοργάνωσης! 🌈Στη γεμάτη αίθουσα του Ομηρείου, το πρόγραμμα Μουσικής στην Κοινότητα του Μουσικού Φεστιβάλ Χίου, βρέθηκε για μία ακόμη χρονιά επί σκηνής, με ένα παραμύθι για μικρούς και μεγάλους, μια ιστορία για τη φιλία, τη συντροφικότητα και την πολυφωνία. 🪄Η κοινοτική μουσικός Μίτσυ Ακογιούνογλου και η διευθύντρια χορωδίας Γεωργία Αποστολίδη καθοδήγησαν συντονισμένα τους μικρούς καλλιτέχνες. Κι εκείνοι με τη σειρά τους μετέδωσαν την ενέργειά τους στους θεατές, με τρόπο διαδραστικό, διασκεδάζοντας με την καρδιά τους!
