Ahmad Hani, with origins from Egypt and Turkey, born in Dubai and raised in Cairo, is a self-taught bass guitar musician and composer. He started playing the bass guitar at the age of 21, and he developed his own way of expressing his musical ideas, going through many genres of music, including pop, rock, R&B, jazz, as well as Latin and heavy metal. He has collaborated both on record and live with many renowned Middle Eastern artists such as Hisham Abbas, Angham and Abbas Ibrahim. He has also collaborated with the Cairo Symphony Orchestra. So far he has performed at more than 5,000 concerts in 25 countries.
